The new EU directive 2002/44/EC from July 6th 2005 will become European law in the near future. This means that employers are legally obliged to provide electrical appliances that comply to defined vibration guidelines.
At present, there is a general feeling of uncertainty for both employer and employee. This is mainly due to questions of employer liability if these guidelines are not met.

As an experienced manufacturer of electrical tools, we are already aware of the new laws. Apart from this, we have many years of experience in implementing required industry guidelines.
